Hate this machine!
I wrote a 5* review when I got this machine in February. It was a replacement for another machine which just stopped working. At the moment one of the metal punches is protruding on the right hand side of machine, which means that I can only punch about 10 pages at a time. I have wasted loads of paper reprinting because the punch mechanism has run off. At the moment this machine is costing me both time and money in terms of printing and re-punching, and is really stressing me out. I am currently waiting on an engineer to call with me. At a cost of over £600, I do not expect this is malfunction after 6 months. Just to update.... I had a visit from an engineer (following a chase up email). I received the following email from ACCO UK Ltd.Hi *******Following a visit by our engineer he has requested the W25E binder is to be exchanged as he believes the punch unit to be faulty.We have placed an order for a new W25E to be delivered directly to ***************************The W25E is currently out of stock, new stock expected w/e 27/9 approx. Therefore please expect delivery w/e 4 October.The fault was reported on 19 August. The new machine arrived on 05 October. Have just started using the new machine tonight (16 October) to find one of the punches is not punching a hole! Watch this space.

not great
I have used wire binders before, and had the option of a second hand electric model or this one. It is well made, and punches the holes well and closes the wires fine. But..........the pins you put the wire on to hold in place while you thread the punched paper through is a waste of time. I have just spent almost an hour and losing the will to live now. Be warned.

Pas encore bien en main
Bon j'avoue que je m'arrache un peu les cheveux pour me servir de cette relieuse ; la notice n'est vraiment pas claire, et l'utilisation n'est pas vraiment instinctive.De plus, le pack est réduit au minimum ; pas d'accessoires pour la tester de suite, ce qui est un peu dommage.Après quelques ratés - et après avoir commandé ce qu'il me manquait, j'arrive enfin à avoir une perforation bien régulière et propre, et mes derniers documents reliés sont impeccables, mais des explications plus claires auraient évité toutes ces pertes.Un appareil pratique, mais notice et accessoires inclus seraient à améliorer.
