We have a motorhome and wanted a fire pit that we could use at home and when we go away. I found the fire pit easy to assemble, the last section is a bit fiddly but it doesn’t take long to get the hang of it. We placed the pit on a concrete slab to protect the ground underneath but it would quite happily sit on pebbles or sand too.It seems like a lot of money to spend but when you actually get the product in your hands you understand why, it’s really solid stainless steel and is going to last years and years. It’s also bigger than you’d expect it to be and holds quite a lot of wood. We also burn coffee logs on ours for long lasting heat.

Have used this lots now and can say it’s one of the best bits of camping kit I own. I also have the stand with it. It’s very heavy but I car camp so no issue for me. Once set up it’s sturdy and the fire burns really well in it and distributes the heat well.

Ideal portable firepit. Strong, lightweight and remarkably large. Clever stainless steel lock-together construction (although slightly fiddly). However, bear in mind that the whole unit becomes very hot in use and will burn anything such as grass or wood below it.

I'm an engineer by trade and this is well thought out and easy to put together.I made my own stand as I wanted one that's small yet very sturdy and can fold into a small space but the fire is well worth the money. It's easy to clean afterwards. Great piece of kit

Love my fire pit. Easy to assembly after a few practices. It is a little heavy on long walks (with the stand and grill esp) - but we divide it up between the gang and that solves that issue. Easy to clean but does keep some burn marks - who cares it’s a fire pit and this is to be expected! Very good quality and does the job perfectly. Really happy and will get lots of use :)

Ich hab mir die Grillplatte eigentlich mehr als Kochfläche für die Fennek Feuerschale gekauft, um neben Glühwein im Kessel am Dreibein auch noch zusätzlich Kinderpunsch und Met im Topf am Feuer zu machen. Der Grill ist handlich verpackt und schnell zusammen gebaut. Steht wirklich stabil und trägt auch einiges an Gewicht. Danach lässt er sich einfach reinigen und schnell zusammenlegen und platzsparend verräumen.

Ich wollte schon länger eine mobile Feuerschale für im Garten und unterwegs haben, um diese z.B. auch beim Camping nutzen zu können. Die schweren Feuerschalen aus einem Teil sind mir bisher zu schwer und unhandlich und alle klappbaren waren mir bisher zu dünn und wackelig. Dann habe ich allerdings die steckbare Feuerschale von FENNEK entdeckt und musste sie einfach bestellen.Das Design der Feuerschale gefiel mir aufgrund der Variabilität und Schlichtheit auf Anhieb, da sie komplett anders aussieht als die sonst üblichen Feuerschalen.### Bestellung und Lieferung ###Nachdem mir klar war, dass es ich diese Feurschale haben wolltel, wurde direkt bestellt. Der Verkäufer ist ein Marketplace-Anbieter aus Deutschland, welcher die Feuerschale zwar selbst herstellt, aber bei amazon lagert und den Versand durch amazon durchführen lässt. Dadurch war die Feuerschale bereits am nächsten Tag bei mir zuhause.### Auspacken und erster Eindruck ###Die Feuerschale lag gut gepolstert in Luftpolsterfolie in einem stabilen Karton und war sofort einsatzbereit. Sie besteht aus 7 Elementen (6 Seitenwände und 1 Bodenblech), welche aus stabilen 1,5 mm dicken Edelstahl-Platten besteht und wiegt ca. 4 kg. Die einzelnen Elemente und die gesamte Feuerschale sieht sehr wertig aus, ist sehr gut verarbeitet und steht sehr standfest.### Benutzung ###Wir haben die Feuerschale jetzt schon etliche Male aufgebaut und benutzt und erfreuen uns immer wieder an der Optik und dem warmen Feuer. Zuletzt hatten wir Freunde mit Kindern zu Besuch und haben die Feuerschale fürs Stockbrot machen genutzt, was natürlich auch sehr gut funktioniert.Aufgrund der Größe / Durchmessers von ca. 60 cm standen die Kinder weit genug weg vom Feuer. Eine kleinere Feuerschale wäre da vielleicht schon gefährlicher gewesen...Nach der Benutzung kann man die kalte Asche einfach mit einem Handfeger zusammen kehren und die Reste nach dem Auseinanderbauen der Elemente dann sauber abkehren oder wischen.### Bewertung ###+ modernes und auch stylisches Design+ sehr gut verarbeitet, keine scharfen Kanten!+ stabil durch 1,5 mm dicken Edelstahl+ steht wackelfrei+ perfekte Größe mit ca. 60 cm Durchmesser+ mobil auch sehr gut fürs Camping einsetzbar+ nimmt wenig Platz im zerlegten Zustand wegMein Fazit:Eine nicht nur sehr schön aussehende, sondern auch sehr stabile und gut verarbeitete Feuerschale, an der wir schon viel Freude hatten. Für jeden der eine etwas andere / besondere Feuerschale sucht, kann ich diese sehr empfehlen, besonders weil man sie gut verstauen kann und auch mal zu Freunden mitnehmen kann :-)
