For the treatment of jellyfish stings. Mild to medium in severity. Jellyfish, the plump, squooshy, beautiful demons that lurk through the waters gliding along with tentacles dragging behind. From time to time, one of these floating balls of Jello bumps into us and Ouch! it stings. If you've ever been stung before then you know what I mean. If you haven't, then you're constantly checking around yourself, your family, your friends. You peer through the (sometimes murky) ocean water looking for them. Are you prepared? Maybe you are and you brought a bottle of vinegar or meat tenderizer. Maybe you're just prepared to pee on a close relative. None of these things however, are a good idea. Science shows they all make the sting worse.

Works but…
This product does work for jellyfish stings but once open it leaks so cannot be thrown in a beach/boat bag.

Hey, it works!
My family took this to the beach a few weeks ago. there was an outbreak of Portuguese Man 'O Wars around and my grandson got stung. My daughter applied this stuff to his leg and the pain went away very quickly. Granted, it was not a severe sting, but it was a painful one for sure. I am very glad I bought it and will not go to the beach again without some.

Worked on a Man - O - War Sting today
My seventeen year old returned from surfing and mentioned she had been stung by a Man - O - War while she was out. It had been an hour approximately since she was stung. She tried this on her leg and said it worked well. She did pour it on generously, so I'd say used about a fourth to a third of the bottle for one sting (The bottle is black and not translucent so I can only estimate.)

"This stuff works!" - my 6 year old who got stung
2 stings on the beach at Hilton Head Island - both kids got treated with this product and both kids were back in the water within 5 minutes feeling all better and ready to go. Will order again to have with me any time we are going to water where creatures may sting. Highly recommend!

Just plain works. Had a little girl get stung by a jellyfish next to us. I gave the parents the bottle and they put some on her leg. She stopped crying almost immediately.

Haven't needed to use this for myself or family, but on 2 occasions friends have gotten stung by Portuguese Man-O-War and it relieved the irritation very effectively.

Really Works!
Got this for our trip to S. Padre Island! My 4 yr old was the only one to get stung. He cried a bit but once we put this one he was ready to get back in the water! This definitely helped with the swelling as well. It was barely noticeable on day 2! Will definitely be purchasing again!
