The shipping was extremely well done. Little pieces of foam inside every possible bend of the glass and all around it. It's also much brighter than I anticipated. Not a bad thing, it lights up my entire room pink coloured. It's pretty sick. I have other blue lights and signs and it feels like I'm scoring cocaine in front of a sex shop. 10/10

Product came in great packaging, stuffed with bits of foam and encased in another foam enclosure.Actual neon glass tubing (much better than most of the fake plastic neon signs on this site). Each tube assembly is mounted on spring-loaded brackets to make it even more secure. Everything is screwed or plastic molded, build quality is beyond my expectations.Light is extremely bright, no hassle to set up and hang up.

I bought this neon sign refurbished from amazon for 70 bucks and couldn't be more happy with it. It looks red in the picture, but it is actually pink (which is what I wanted) It's pretty small but lights up very bright even during the day. The tubes seem to be pretty sturdy plastic and there is acrylic on the back for the wall. I mounted it with screws to my brick wall. As I am writing this I've only had it for one day so I can't speak to the life of it yet. I'm stoked on how it looks next to my computer

This sign has been the accent of my room for over a year now. The color of the sign is gorgeous and bright! I’ve had to get a few replacements now because one arrived with the glass tubes broken and one sign stopped turning on after a few months. I’m still giving 5 stars because of how great the customer service is. They never hesitated to give me a free replacement when I needed one!

this sign brings me so much joy! been wanting the dumpling one for the longest time. its a shame that i was unable to customize it to another color but im regardless, im a happy customer!the price goes up and down (not sure why) - so when i bought it, it ended up costing 15 dollars more than it initially was when i added it to my cart which was a bummer. i didnt want to wait for it to go down (or up) again so decided to just buy it. perfect addition to my room!
