This was definitely a surprise product. Has a very premium feel and weight to it. Simple functionality and superb vibration strength. It's great for joint pain, in particular lower limbs. The heat function is also impressive. Overall, fantastic massage product and highly recommended.

Im suffering with plantar fasciitis so bought this ball to help massage the sole of my foot. I was informed when I placed my order (Thursday) that I would receive my ball on the Sunday (3 days), I didn't actually receive my goods until Tuesday evening (5 days) - so very slow delivery! The ball comes uncharged - so you have to charge it first of all. To switch the ball on you have to depress hold the button in and then the vibration will start. If you hold it in to long it will switch off. Cycling through the 3 problems is easy (but you use the power button). To turn off you then have to depress the power button and hold it in whilst the ball is vibrating. It can take some time to actually hold the button in long enough for the ball to register that you want to switch it off whilst going through the 3 various vibration modes.All in all it works but is very frustrating to switch on and off!

Really strong massage ball,easy to access sore points .the hand goes numb after a few minutes of usage .it's good for neck and shoulders .I would love to try the peanut version they have as well.It is difficult to turn on and off but I don't have a problem .Definitely worth trying it .

The product no longer charges, can't return as it's just outside the product return window.

I quite like the massage ball but probably not quite what I expected. It is a bit on the heavy side so anyone with weak hands could find it a problem to use. Also to get/use the heat part to an area is not always easy tho the heat last quite a time after switched off. However the charge does not last very long so needs charging after each time used, definitely not good.

Once of the reasons I hated driving long distances was due to lower back pain. I was looking for something that I could place between my seat and back. This turned out to be a perfect companion for those long car drives. The vibrations are strong and it gets decently warm

Like it for it’s easy use and relief of joint pain. However I don’t use heat element often as it drains battery quickly . I use it every evening for the relief it gives my arthritis

Loved this massage ball until 3 months in. It doesn’t turn on half the time and all of the settings now pulse as if it’s losing power constantly. My return window has closed so I feel a bit cheated
