Simple and gets the job done! We use this to connect our iPod at work into the mixer for our sound system. Good quality, just wish it was a little longer.

Would give less if I could. Both cables do not fit the 1/8 end well at all. Tried them in 3 different devices. If you can get them to make a connection at the 1/8 end both 1/4 ends will crack and pop if you even touch the cable. One of the cables, "surges" volume goes slightly up and down pretty fast. The other cable sounds OK most of the time if you do not move the device.
