I have tried many different, calming pheromone collars for my kitty. I really like this product because they last for two months, each versus the ones I’ve tried that only last one month and the scent stays vibrant and i notice my cats behavior has improved. obviously, this collar isn’t a fix all and won’t cure certain things or behavioral issues your cat has, but it definitely helps along with other things you can do to improve such issues. I also really like the vibrant colors you can choose from, looks very cute on my kitty!

I don't always write reviews but I just had to.....Mika was a kitten when I found him as a stray. He started out very loving but after awhile he started showing aggression towards me. He bit my nose just out of the blue and I had to get a tetanus shot for it.Then he started peeing on my bed as well as his own beds. I could not pet him without the fear of getting bit or scratched up. This all came on even after he was 'fixed'.Well I looked into these Pheromones you plug into the wall but a bit apprehensive. THEN..... I found this collar online so I ordered it. Today will be 3 weeks now and I'm totally in AMAZED on how this little purple collar has made Monster Mika into Manageable Mika.So far he has NOT peed on my bed or anywhere else. He is becoming lovingly clingy at times. Forpeople like me who sat up at nights crying on what to do with your Cat. Please, Please try thiscollar before you think about 'rehoming'. I know I did, but it would have broken my heart.I'm so thankful for the science behind these Pheromone Calming Collars, Oh and the scent is hardly noticeable at all. I bought these because they were out of the Feliway plug-ins but had the collars in stock, so I thought I would give them a try.They arrived today and I put them on them as soon as they arrived. I’m not going to lie, they were not happy at first, but not why you think. They have never had a collar of any sort around their necks, so they ran and jumped about at first and probably thought they were being sorely mistreated.Only a few hours in and not only are they calm, but they have been laying close to each other, something they have never done before and they have been more affectionate and playful.I am completely happy with this product and will only buy these for my 7 cats, in the future. The collars have a nice lavender scent, that I do not find overwhelming, in fact it’s quite pleasant when they are near.If you have a cats who are having issues, such as fighting, marking (have one that doesn’t approve the litter choice although the rest are perfectly content and she will use the bathroom as her litter box instead in mutiny), anxiety or any myriad of indoor cat issues, I encourage you to give these collars a try.Happy cats, happy house!

I have had one on my cat since Christmas and it has done nothing for him,

My cat has been having "behavioral issues" for a while now. We have tried everything from the plug in's, to the spray to the collars. He doesn't object to the collar, and the scent is pleasant. It is a bit strong at the beginning, but again, it is pleasant so not an issue. I was told that we need to keep the collar on him continuously....like meds, you don't stop taking them once you feel better...so we will see if, over time, they really do work. We have had one incident of marking since the collar was put on, but it was only after about 10 days of use. The scent has become less strong, so I'm not sure if they will actually last for 60 days as advertised, but I will change sooner if I can't smell it any more....as long as it is helping curb the problem! I did not trim the excess off the length....it just curls around the rest of the collar more. I didn't want to "waste" the excess scent! I understand other reviewers' concerns about the collar not being a breakaway type, but I have not come across any that are. Certainly it is a concern, but so far we haven't had any problems with it. It is on tight enough, but not too tight, so as to not have a huge gap that could get caught on something. Again, haven't had any issues and hopefully wont. So far it seems to be a good product, but time will tell.

First off never allow it to be on the skin it irritates and caused hair loss. Instead I purchased a bulk pack of break away collars and trimmed the calming collar to go from right before the latch so my cat was still safe from hanging. Then I sewed it onto the collar. Second the scent is immense, if you are prone to scent induced headaches or migraines do not use. This collar smells like extreme lavender perfume that has concentrated. Now once you get over the guilt of making your cat have this smell in their face 24/7 you will get results but only a week or two. My hellion rescue cat is Satan incarnate and stalks feet bites ears and faces and uses urine as a weapon of vengeance. But we love her and for almost 2 weeks she loved us, was affectionate and gave me such high hope's I was ready to join a church. Then it wore off and all of the bad behavior was back now either our hellion has herculean resistance or it just doesn't last as long as stated. We are wrapping up month 2 on our 2nd collar and we have returned to all the same behavior as previously she is just as violent and vengeful and zero results when the new collar was put on we didn't even get our 2 week honeymoon period. So gather with this whatever optimism you can and if you have a cat who will urinate on everything you love then give it a shot maybe the evil is less resilient in your cat, best of luck.

My Milo is way more calm with this collar on. I find that the blue works better than the gray. I can tell when it’s time for a replacement because that’s when he starts getting all crazy!

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for this product. I was having trouble with my cat, she was over-grooming and gnawing her legs raw. The moment we put this collar on her entire demeanour changed. She's much calmer and present in the moment. She virtually stopped her over-grooming and gnawing. I am very surprised by the effectiveness of this collar!

These collars are awesome and an excellent price, but aren’t quick release so I had to modify them by attaching a quick release latch to them for safety for my cat. It took some stapling, and the butchering of a prior quick release collar, but easily modified and then super useful. I took the collar off at night and stored it in a bag for the first week or so as the scent is seriously overwhelming for the first while.

I really like this product and I'm glad my vet recommended it. We use it regularly on 3 of our 13 cats. Two of our cats have anxiety and one had aggression issues. These have all been resolved for over a year now. I like that the collars are good for 2 months.

We have a 16-year-old cat who is blind and has dementia. She would meow all the time and just howl at all hours of the day/night. It was getting to the point where we were up all night.I bought this collar with little hope that it would work... but it's a miracle for our Daisy(our cat). She has calmed down and I have not heard a meow or howl in 3 days! We are catching up on sleep.It brings me comfort that she is not suffering now and we get our sleep.

After weeks of non stop meowing and whining, I just received the collars today, put it on... And nothing!!!! Silent alllll afternoon. The smell is pretty strong for me, so I hope she is fine. She plays, eat, sleep, the nice little meow for a treat, but that is it!!!! Finger criss this whatever kind of black magic will do the trick!
