Don't bother
So many things to criticise it's hard to know where to start. This 117 page book is really only about 40 pages, if it were not in large print with double spacing between the lines. Which makes it ridiculously over-priced. The recipes are randomly listed - breakfast muffins interspersed with pasta and noodle dishes, jam, sauces, and pickled vegetables. There is a helpful index at the front with page numbers, which would be useful for finding recipes if only the pages themselves were numbered. Some of the instructions in the recipes refer to ingredients which are not in the ingredients list, so it's up to you to guess quantities. Random words and numbers appear through the book so proof-reading wasn't a priority. I could go on to criticise the content as well, but what's the point. This is not the 'ultimate' anything. Don't waste your money.

very interesting …
A nice approach to eating well…not a book for those carnivore or meat eating fanatics ..more for the everyday non caveman people who don’t want to spend their lives eating a plate of steak every night.

An interesting book
Super ideas, great info, but I like an easy ingredient area, so you can easily work out what you will need.

Fraud
Not based on facts. Long lived cultures consume lots of meat. Do the research.

Terrible
This book hard to read or follow a recipe, everything is double spaced, so the recipes are spread out over 4 or more pages. I think the content could be good, too hard to follow over so many pages
