I LOVE this! I missed hummus and tahini is one of the main ingredients. Tahini is very keto-friendly and all around healthy in general, so it's perfect. The first time around I randomly ordered Kevala's black tahini and loved it. I wanted to try a good white sesame tahini. I bought the Once Again brand since it was one of the few at the store. I found it disappointingly bitter... like, the batch of brownies I made with it was depressing. Then I found Artisana on Amazon/Whole Foods. It has great reviews and it lives up to the hype. I ate almost the whole jar in a month and just ordered another. It's great by itself but sometimes I add a little lemon. I sometimes also have a sweet tooth. I'm especially fond of adding allulose syrup (closest I've found to a honey substitute) and a little white or brown erythritol to make a sauce. I can only imagine this would be even more amazing with real honey. This tahini is fantastic with beef and lamb kebab and kofta, chicken wings, etc. It would probably be great in a smoothie/shake but haven't tried that... yet. I definitely plan on baking with it too.

I have bought the pack of two 14 ounce jars of Artisana raw tahini from Amazon a few times now. It has always been so fresh that it hadn't even started separating yet. I would like to support a local store that carries it, but when I looked at the ones on their shelf, there was a lot of oil sitting on top and I knew it would be hard and difficult to mix. Artisana is always creamy and soft and I’ve never needed to mix it. I received my last order a couple of days ago with an expiration date of December 2021.

Jar leaked in shipping. It was a real mess and I lost about a couple of teaspoons of the contents. The delicious flavor and creamy texture of it made up for the mess.Just a couple of tablespoons mixed with soy sauce, cooking sherry and a few dashes of Sriracha sauce made a wonderful buckwheat soba veggie dinner.

I don't know what's up with these negative reviews, but this is the best tahini I've ever tasted. Very costly, but in my opinion, the quality matches the price. Oil separation is natural and you have to churn it regularly, as with nut butters that don't have palm oil.

Love it just spread on toast! It's good on sandwiches, too.

Delicious and totally worth the price! This raw tahini is amazing and I recommend it to anyone that has never had tahini and wants to try it, and also to people who already eat it and are looking for a healthy more conscious choice!

なめらかで味も良かったです。もう少し安いと良いですが、それでも良い品でした。他レビューで味への不満がありますが、生のゴマですので日本の通常の練りごまとは全く味が違う点、ご注意されると。味は松の実に似てますね。ブレンダーを使わなくても、刻みバジルと合わせて　ジェノベーゼもどき　なんかすぐ出来ます。
