I was expecting to have all the usual problems with self assembly products like missing parts, difficult to align nuts and bolts etc., but this was very easy to put together with good quality bolts and well labelled component parts. A tip: before you start, measure the length of the different bolts in the bags and label the bags P, R S etc as they are designated in the assembly instructions and they are easier to find as you go along. Everything lined up nicely and it was quite a quick job - obviously an electric driver is faster than using the Allen key they provide.It's a very nice product, has a quality feel about it and looks good on the patio.

Lovely looking furniture, would have been easier to put together if the pieces were labelled. The instructions had them numbered but the pieces weren’t!. It’s worth using a small screwdriver with an Allen key bit rather than the Allen key that’s provided, this makes it so much easier to put together

I ordered this set, thinking it was a match for a love seat I had bought separately. I was really only looking for a couple of chairs to go with my existing seat, but spotted this complete grouping, including a second love seat and a coffee table, on sale for only slightly more than just the chairs. It’s not quite a match, the seat backs are lower and the cushions are finished to a nicer standard, but close enough that they could go together, though I decided to separate the two sets around our garden.I had a bit of a frustrating experience with this set, as when mine arrived most of the hardware needed to assemble it (there should have been 5 types, only one was present) as well as two panels from the chairs were missing from the 4-box delivery. The manufacturer did replace the missing parts, but it took about a week and a half to get this sorted out - during which time none of the pieces could be built.Once I had all the pieces I needed, this was quite a straightforward build. I needed a little bit of help managing the length of the couch panels, but otherwise this was fine for a single person to assemble. Everything goes together with different lengths of M6 bolt, and the Allen key needed for assembly was (eventually!) included.Good furniture for the price point, but quality control/checking could be better. There were so many bits missing from my set as delivered that this really should have been picked up.

So pleased with my purchase - no reviews to go on, so was unsure to begin with, but went for it. Firstly it arrived much sooner than expected, although over 2 days(delivery issue rather than despatch issue I believe). Very well packaged. No damages.Took my husband and I less than a couple of hours to assemble, but easy to follow instructions, just measure the bolts first.And looks amazing on my new decking. Overall experience was excellent.

After sorting out the first chair parts it took me about twenty minutes to build after that completed the set in one and quarter hours.Very pleased with the set ideal for a small patio.
