Bought and returned many other styles and brands.Love this so much I bought a second set so I can do both feet at once.* In addition to rolling your foot flat, be sure to turn your foot inward to really get the instep and outward to get the outer line of your foot. *The spiky balls are also great once you’re adapted to the roller.Way better than coffee!

Great product for feet
I like both the roller and balls. They are very helpfull with my exercises that aim pain free feet:) i recommend to start using them gently but in standing body position to get most of these products. Besides the spikey balls can be used on other body parts. Good luck:)

Terrible. Don't order
The media could not be loaded. Product is such a hard plastic. It is not for plantar fasciitis. In order to be somewhat therapeutic the material needs to be different. It's like they chose the hardest cheapest plastic. It's way more firm than the normal firm. Terrible.
