it is great the best ever, easy to fix and to program it fit 38mm tube i had just to remove the chain and just fix this one

I thought I ordered a 12 volt DC motor but it came 120 volt AC which made my installation more difficult. My second mistake was that I didn't bench test it before installing it and all the 120 volt stuff. The battery needed for the remote controller (transmitter) was an oddball so I had to order it on line. Instructions that came with it were pretty inadequate but you can find better info on their website. After all that, it didn't work. Checked and rechecked everything I could think of and all that they recommended. Still nothing. Not a click, whir, beep, bang or any smoke. The remote controller LED lit up when I pressed the buttons, but nothing from the motor. Requested help from the seller through Amazon but haven't heard back yet--don't really expect to. Since it took me so long to re-engineer my setup and order additional items, the return window has closed so I can't return it. So now I have a pile of junk. I recommend you do not buy this product.
