Using it to lock the bathroom door. It does the job well in preventing anyone outside to open the bathroom door, but not impossible to break it shall there be an emergency. The mechanism is simple hassle-free. For a basic locking mechanism, this definitely does the job.

The adhesive could not hold it firmly on the door

I bought these because our new dog could open doors and would escape any chance she got. Put one on the door and she couldn't open it! She's a big german shepherd so they're really sturdy and do the job for sure!

Got this to stop my houdini-pooch getting into rooms he shouldn't. He's 30kg and hasn't managed to bust them. Certainly dog proof!

I recently moved and needed some extra security to make sure my kid wouldn't open the door and let my cats out. It does the job on certain door handles but not all, so be sure it's the right kind. Good value

this child lock is perfect for my french door as my two children are always playing with the handle and if they twist it a certain way the whole door will come off the hinges. so this gives me peace of mind that this 400lbs glass door wont open for them. i will probably need to add better adhesive before too long as its not sticking very well. when you go to unlock the lock to open door, it wobbles a little side to side. but thats not to hard to make more sticky. so far the kids know they are not allowed to play with the door handle and see there is a deterrent on it now , so they stopped trying. its very easy to use. press button and turn safety lock to the side. i was limited to what i was able to find as the trim of the door isnt very wide for any type of child lock to work before the glass starts. this does the trick. arrived fast, and easy to use. this momma is happy!things id improve is stronger adhesive sticker.

The media could not be loaded.  I have a cat and small animals. My kitten is not allowed in the small animal room and discovered he can open lever doors within my house. This stops him from getting to my poor Gerbils and Chinchillas; and escaping out the front door of my house just to play in the trees.It's straight forward, stick and lock. I found putting the bottom one down on either side stops the cat from opening the door. By lifting the lever up, humans can open doors while locked to the cat.

I love these. I have twin 2 year olds and these are perfect!!!!
