My son is 5 foot 8 and 230lbs. They xl fits him perfect. It dries very quickly he brings it home from football practice every night and it's dry by the morning he said it's very comfortable and he's had multiple sets of pads through the years of playing football.

Ordered these for my 12 year old son, who is 5'10 and 225 lbs. They fit just as expected. He wears a size xlg in girdle football pants, and thats exactly what I ordered. He's only used them for 2 weeks, so far they have held up. He says they are very comfortable, better then the regular pads. Will definitely order more next year.
