Premium Hoverboard Safety Inspection Package You will receive your package with a service package identifier number and contact email address to schedule your inspection. The inspection can be used anytime within 6 months of purchase date. The inspection includes a detailed check of all wiring, internal components, battery safety and charger compliance with applicable safety standards, including UN 38.3 (battery), UL 1642 (battery), and UL 60950-1 (charger). It also includes replacement, if needed, of the charger, the battery, any pinched or faulty wiring, and shipping inside the continental U.S. Upgrade: The Deluxe Premium Inspection and Repair Service Package can be used for up to 1 year from the date of purchase and also includes necessary repair of any internal components that are malfunctioning including gyroscopes, circuit boards, motors, bent or broken metal frame, foot sensors, and replacement of plastics. The deluxe package can include up to two repair services in addition to the initial inspection/repair service, however shipping will only be covered for the initial servicing, additional repair services must be shipped by the owner and include a return label. If parts are under warranty from the manufacturer then buyer must get the replacement parts prior to repair services and send with scooter. Downgrade: The Basics include the inspection and one time shipping only. Replacement parts will be purchased at an extra charge if and when needed at the buyers choice after inspection and assessment.
