Bloomingville Paulownia Wood Perpetual Calendar

Very cute month, day of the week & date calendar. Just a bit difficult to change everyday…the 1st few times all the pieces fell out. Then I figured out how to hold the top pieces in & simply change the number cubes.

Maybe it is funny, but I like to come the kitchen every morning and set up the new date!

The numbers, themselves, may need to be written over, but I find little problem with them. The problem for me are the day of the week and month blocks, which are so tightly engineered they take effort to pull out and put back in, which is not what you want in a perpetual calendar. It may be fixable with some time sanding one edge just enough to not need to wedge them in and out, though, so.

I received all numbers and days of the week. As other reviewers have said, all the parts do not line up PERFECTLY and there is a gap on either side of the numbers. The wooden pieces resemble balsa wood in look as and feel and there is great variation in the grain and color. I like my new calendar but it is a bit "labor intensive" as you must move pretty much every piece to show the correct number and day of the week. All in all, for the price point and my "need" I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I was looking for a large print 'calendar' that showed day of the week, the month and the date; this calendar is perfect. The wood is very well-finished and the printed lettering is well-done and neat. It is a bonus that it is 100% recyclable and reusable! My purpose was for my elderly father so he could keep track of the date, but this has a chic and polished look that would be right at home at a desk or in your home. I would absolutely recommend this calendar as a great gift for yourself or others.

I have it in my kitchen propped up so I can see it from a distance. What day is today?But the letters and numbers need to be filled up with black marker again as they are not clearly painted.

Alle Zahlen, Monate und Tage sind enthalten, schlicht und einfach. Ich habe selber nochmal etwas die Kanten geschmirgelt, da die Würfel noch etwas scharfkantig waren

Placed the calendar by the front door. Nice large numbers
