Columela, Oil Olive Extra Virgin, 17-Ounce (6 Pack)

For about a year we tried a variety of olive oils and for our taste this one is the best. I am no food gourmet and cannot deliver a fancy and detailed analysis of this oil but can say it has a pleasant aroma and texture and on the tongue is has a somewhat fruity and full bouquet. It does not have the fiery "bite" that some (higher priced gourmet) oil's exhibit. But it is not bland and devoid of ANY aroma either.Olive oil seems to be the subject of much debate and just a wee bit of snobbish pomposity. Try this oil. I believe you will enjoy it and enjoy the price too compared to some other oils that take more of your money but give you less in return.

Wow, this is what I was looking for. After trying multiple types of EVOO that just didn't cut the mustard, I found my favorite!! Columela... You can tell with your first pour that this is perfect, the color is wonderful, aroma, taste, everything is just perfect. I use it for everything and would highly recommend!

I love it but just wish the price would come down so more of my friends could enjoy it. I watch sur la table for sales.

IF YOU MAKE YOUN OWN TOMATO SAUCE OR ANY TYPE SAUCE THAT CALLS FOR OLIVE OIL YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS OIL, THIS IS THE TYPE QUALITY OIL USED IN GOOD ITALIN RESTAURANTS
