This is a very good product.

Tasteless odorless!

I roll the capsule around a bit to wet before swallowing and makes it easier. Since taking my stomach has not been bloated.

I use these every day, I take them at night before bed , and they relax me.

Good Product!

I really tried to like these, but every time I took them I developed stomach cramps and digestive issues. I thought it was something I was eating or my diet, but after many trials, I accepted that fact that my body just doesn’t like them. I rested them three stars because I don’t think it’s fair to rate 1 star just because the supplement doesn’t agree with my body. I have friends that take these and have nothing but great things to say about them.

I've been using these CLA supplements for about 2 or 3 months now and they've been making a noticeable difference. I used to work out vigorously at the gym without seeing my weight budge below a certain threshold. After taking the CLA twice daily in conjunction with light yoga, nothing strenuous, I've been able to lose 5 to 7 more pounds. I understand everyone's body is different. This is what worked for me.
