Sensatone Digital Compact Pelvic Floor Stimulator - Treats stress, urge, and mixed incontinence with 4 modes

This has made a tremendous difference after 5 weeks of consistent use. The insertion instructions are vague though. I was using the first 3 weeks with the metal side of probe front to back. There was improvement, but after looking at videos of other pelvic toners (All have the metal probe facing hip to hip) I have changed the position of it. What a difference I can feel. So insert probe with metal part facing legs, slightly towards back, probe completely in but wire staying out. My only regret is not buying this sooner. If it can work on a mother of 4 having gone through menopause, there is hope for you. One more thing, I bought tubes of aqua gel.. You must make sure there is plenty on the metal part. The small sachet that comes with it will last 3 days max. Also remember to turn on the device after insertion. If you turn on before, it will seem like it isn't working

I've suffered with stress incontinence whilst out running. Wearing pads is just uncomfortable, especially on a long run. I've used the Sensatone daily for two weeks (without running due to illness) and I did my first run yesterday with absolutely no leakage! Brilliant results in a short time. I will continue to use a few times a week for a couple more weeks and then move onto the maintainence programme. I was undecided between this product and the Kegel8 which is double the price. So glad I didn't spend the extra. This does what it needs to. My only comment is that it would be helpful in the product description to see the programme length - about 30 minutes - as I had to search for this to know how much time I would need each day.

I bought the SensaTone pelvic floor stimulator back in August of this year. I’m in my late 20s and I suffered from stress incontinence.I visited a physiotherapist as I was advised too by my GP. She gave me exercises to do but as I have a mild disability they didn’t do anything and just made my legs hurt.Since using the SensaTone pelvic floor stimulator which I use every day I have seen a real difference. I wear pads, and since using it they have all been bone dry. I used to get so embarrassed and would get anxious when going out anywhere in case I leaked, but now that has all changed. I feel a lot happier and I definably feel my pelvic floor has strengthened a lot as you will find after you have used it for a few weeks or so. For stress incontinence use the B setting.I had previously noticed my urges when I needed to go to the loo. I can hold it for longer now than I used to be able to and I found I don’t need to go as often.If you suffer from any form of incontinence I would highly recommend this item. It is so easy and safe to use and not uncomfortable at all. You just need to find a spare 30 minutes in your day

Bought this, and pretty much forgot about it,Years later - had radical hysterectomy and radiotherapy, and am suffering the after effects. Gyny - well they gave me a book - and a number to obtain a disabled key!!!Thought I'd dig this out, as last ditched attempt and after using this again for a couple of weeks and I am seeing a difference. Still a way to go I think, but can feel a difference!Must be quality item as said, didn't use it for years, just gave it a wash....Give it a try!Hope is not lost!

I purchased this item quite a while ago after trying and failing with some manual weighted things. This has been very effective for me. I initially used the C program for several weeks and had a massive improvement. Recently I noticed that some of my old problems were coming back so I started to re-use this little gadget and again big improvements. A great little gadget to use for as long a required and then keep for little top ups when needed. A lifesaver and I would highly recommend.
