I have been taking this MCT oil for a few days and it's wonderful. I mix it in my smoothies or morning juices. Its essentially flavorless, so I don't feel like I'm ruining my meals with this supplement. AND finally an MCT oil that doesn't break the bank $.I have more energy, I can think more clearly. I have had better digestion, and all in all felt like I've been in a better mood. I have noticed that while using the oil I feel more full in between meals, and I'm not craving unhealthy snacks.On top of all of this I like to use the oil on my skin, mixed with a drop of tea tree oil for problem areas. My face has NEVER been so clear!

This is my first try with an MCT or any kind of "High Performance" oil. Knowing that healthy products are directed to athletes and dieters, I was not expecting much in terms of flavor from the oil. Of all the products that I researched, this is one of the few that are emulsified (creamy, not oily) and advertised to have coconut flavor.There are many brands out there and most offer vanilla flavor or unflavored but let me tell you, This Sport Research brand makes a coconut flavor that is excellent: not sugary, not plastic-like, not strong and definitively not rancid. The flavor is definitively coconut but subtle enough to enjoy directly from the spoon or mix in coffee.

I've been doing bullet proof coffee off and on for years. I recently started buying Sports Research MCT oil to use and have been very happy with it. I happened to come across this emulsified version and thought I'd give it a try. Wow! This made making coffee SSOOO much easier. Just squirt some in your cup, brew the coffee (I use a keurig) and your done!The taste is great, it mixes very easily and saves a lot of time.Very happy with the product and would highly recommend!

It's easy to add to hot or cold drinks like coffee or tea. Mixes almost effortlessly. Not an overpowering flavor profile, I add stevia sweetener on top of this in my coffee.

While it is easy to use and mixes easily into your drink, the flavor is not what I would call good. Not even tolerable. I tried with different coffee brews to see if it was salvageable, but the acrid flavor and scent are really hard to mask. Its non-returnable, so its a waste of money and palete experience. Cannot recommend.
