Went for this instead of a traditional hard case as it was lighter and had straps on the back so my son can carry his guitar to school. His classic guitar fitted in it perfectly. The inside is softer so will accommodate guitars of slightly different sizes. Outside is hard so gives good protection against being banged about or dropped etc unlike a soft case. Pleased with my choice. Came with a lifetime guarantee registration card and the company appears to be based in Florida USA not China.

I’m definitely a convert. I normally use hard cases but this type of eps foam case is lightweight but offers plenty of protection. Definitely better than hard ply cases, though I’d still use hiscox or the likes as a flight case.My 8 string jumbo baritone fits in very snuggly. It is a better fit than a hiscox jumbo case... there is slightly more length at the headstock end which allowed the guitar to fit whereas it wouldn’t with the hiscox jumbo case.Overall very happy, I’d recommend

Although study, I think the shoulder strap is a afterthought, this should have backpack straps, instead you have to carry the bass horizontal, you will have to be as aware of its length as you would if carrying it be the handle and I can't imagine carrying this 2 miles like this.Ok my example the strap that holds the lid is on the wrong side, it's on the left not the right like all the pictures.So it's heavy, no easy way to shoulder carry and dubious quality, it's ok at best

Been looking for a case that fits my Grestch Jet. Even bought one previously from gear4music that I had to return, because even though these look like LPs, they are slightly different dimensions. Grestch offer a case, but it costs £180 plus. This was a happy compromise. Although not a regular hard case, feels good enough to offer great protection, as a gigging musician, that gives me great peace of mind.

Great value, sturdy but light weight and so much better than a gig bag at protecting a musical instrument. I have a lot of guitars and basses and most have a hard shell case, but I'm increasingly moving towards this type of protection for my investments because you get 90% of the protection but only 50% of the weight. This version is a secure and snug fit for precision and jazz bass shapes, fully recommended.
