NANUKPadded Divider for 925 Case

Is the divider inside gray fabric or black plastic? The first picture shows gray fabric but the rest of the pictures show black.

Does this fit into a dresser drawer or a carry on luggage? Do you have to use all of the pieces or can you just use some of them?

Will it fit Nanuk 935 case? Thanks in advance.
