Poor quality nuts and bolts in stinking, sticky oil
This product arrives in what looks like a medical pill case, with several plastic pouches for each nut/bolt size containing a LOT of stinky, sticky brownish oil in which the nuts and bolts are packed. Its cheap hardware nuts and bolts that are susceptible to corrosion that you can find for less than a quarter of advertised price in local hardware shops.

Incorrect length
The bolts are good quality, but the size is shorter than what is mentioned on the box. Eg, the 20mm bolt is closer to 18mm
