Actually I won't know for a long time how this works. The seller refunded money as it sat out in hot sun in hot metal box for a few days. I couldn't get my mail. I need UPS deliveries due to physical problems on stairs. I know I've read excellent reviews. I got it to adjust my blood lipids. Ask me later. But if it always sells for $37 for only an 11-day period of time, I can't afford it. It has the same probiotic in it as L. Reuteri that I know and have taken for several years. I would love to see sales on this as most of us need it badly. I don't do statins as too dangerous. If there is a sale by getting a large quantity, I'd think hard about it. For a LARGE bottle 22 little caps rather get lost in there. Rated via what I researched.

Unfortunately this did not lower my cholesterol, even when used over 6 months and with weight loss. Back on medication
