These shoes are amazingly comfortable. I have a closet full of only Clarks, Cole Haan, Cobb Hill, Rockport and similar. The ortholite foot bed is the common theme. The ortholite footbed keeps my feet from feeling the pressure of each step. The footbed is thick and spongy in these Patrizia shoes, just like the shoes I already own. Unfortunately, the size I purchased was a little short and I didn't have enough time to get the right size, so I returned them.In addition to the adjustable straps around the ankle and over the front of the foot, the lines of the shoe create a very pretty ankle with only a medium heel height. The use of a platform in the front gives the shoes a high heel appearance from the back. In reality, you can reduce the height of the heel by the height of the platform in the front.... giving this heel a actual difference of approximately 2.5". Since I returned them I can't measure them again, but I believe the platform was .75" and the heel was 3.25" making the actual feel of the heel to be 2.5".I find this to be a very comfortable height to wear all day long.My only disappointment was that the ivory pair had a gold/brassy colored metal disc where the adjustments could happen. This detail felt a bit old and out of date. I don't have any suggestions, but felt like these looked out dated.I recommend them and hope the next version is made, the style is improved by removing the large metal discs.They are so so comfortable!

Bought 3 other colors black, bronze and peach. Extremely comfortable, beautiful. Feel great. True to size. However I just bought the pink and they are not pink. So disappointed. They are more light bronze. I contacted customer serv and they were prompt to respond. I wanted to exchange for the blue but they do not do exchanges. A shame these were not pink. So now I have to go through the hassle to send back wait for my refund to order. I was going to get all colors but I will only just get the blue . Nice shoe and comfortable.

I love these white dress shoes with the gold buttons. I have a VERY hard to fit narrow foot and the design of this shoe is perfect. Being able to adjust the strap across the top of my foot is what makes these shoes fit me do well. They can be tightened or loosened depending on what you need. They have a lot of cushioning that makes standing and walking on them easy for long periods of time. I recommend these shoes and have nothing negative to say about them.

They’re comfortable, stylish and I can wear them for a long time even while walking. The only thing is the Velcro gets caught on my pants but maybe my pants are too long so I didn’t deduct a star. This is my second pair, I have it in brown but they were 24.99 dollars at Frugal Fanny.

These shoes are very comfortable, but they run very short. I typically wear a shoe size 8-8.5 and I ordered an 8.5. In this brand and style I recommend sizing up! My toes exceed the front of the shoe which is not the look I want for a professional job, and I got them for work where I am on my feet a lot. Unfortunately, I missed the return/exchange window. I would have exchanged for a size 9.

A very classy shoe but too high for me to wear.

I have ordered and returned these shoes twice. A size 7.5-8 was ordered. In return I received a size 7 twice.The shoes are great! I have 2 other pairs. Afraid to order a third time.

Very comfy heels! Probably the most comfortable heels I have ever owned.
