Generally OK but wasted time trying to fit because I did not know it had two tap fittings. No information anywhere.Realized in the end you have to take one screw thread off to get to the larger one. Not obvious.

I have brought so many splitters and the failure rate is appaling. I have had to send so many back.I initially overlooked this item due to it's very low price. However, I have purchased a water pump from Karcher before and for that reason gave this item a try. It is simple and robust and most importantly does not leak.Karcher is an integrated manufacturer that specialise in designing items for transporting water and I would recommend them.

It would help to have an explanatory note. Despite measuring carefully before ordering, this didn’t seem to fit my tap. After a conversation with a member of staff at my local garden centre, I realised that I could remove a part y to o enable it to fit a larger tap. Seems obvious now, but not at the time.

I'm surprised that a Kärcherr product leaked so badly (where it screws onto the 3/4" tap thread - even adding a washer didn't solve the problem), My Kärcherr oscillating sprinkler is still - after 3 years - working perfectly and beats other brands into the ground, but this thing just wasn't any good.This is a review of the product (which is why it gets 1*) not Amazon's service (which gets 5* in this case).

Having experienced leakage problems with another manufacture's twin device, I purchased a similar unit manufactured by Karcher. It is solidly constructed with taps that turn easily. It screwed on to the garden tap easily and there was no leakage of water. I recommend it.
