Great stuff. It's whole foods turmeric in caps. Real organic and vegan processed. This is potent stuff. The items comes in 2 bottles for 1 package, that should last for a while. I take one cap in the morning before meal along with another cap of the "Neem - Supercritical 500mg" of the same brand, and another dose before bedtime. Cleans the liver efficiently and can feel the full effect in just about 2 weeks. Potent stuff. Don't skimp out and waste your money on inferior hyped brands, just buy this quality brand, your health will thank you for it.
