I’ve been researching/trying various probiotics and this is my favourite.I have decided to take one per day though as 50 billion is too strong for me but 25 billion perfect.

These probiotics do not make any change at all! I do not understand why people were so happy with it. Ended up being constipated for days after taking it. Cannot be real probiotics!

I NEVER write reviews but I have felt compelled with this product, I’ve suffered 4 years with anxiety, acid reflux, constipation, bloating, gas, digestive issues, heart burn/ lactose intolerance etc have tried so many products/ medicines/herbal etc some worked a little but not greatly, then THIS! I can’t express how much this has changed my quality of life, I will never ever stop taking these! If u suffer with above BUY THESE!
