Christie Stoned Wheat Thins Original Crackers, 600g/21.2 oz., (Imported from Canada)

I love these but can no longer buy them at my local grocery store. These are more expensive, however they are far superior to the Red Oval Stoned Wheat crackers I used to buy at Safeway. They are very, very fresh and crispy and arrived in perfect condition; I just ordered more. $9.00 a sleeve (there are 2 in the box) is really too much for crackers, but since it's only me it's OK; would be too expensive for a cracker loving family!

These were available in the USA FOR DECADES until Nabisco turned into Mondelēz, which in their infinite wisdom discontinued the product for USA sale. Made in Canada, these are unique in taste and texture. No other cracker comes close. Anyway, here they are. The real thing under a different brand name. The absolute best!

Like everyone else here, I was willing to pay an outrageous sum for a surrogate box of our beloved, but discontinued, Red Oval Stoned Wheat Thins. I could not have been more disappointed. The product was shipped inside of a plastic bag, and arrived with the box split open and mangled, and the crackers crushed into dust. Turns out that this did not even matter, as the product had expired in January of 2022, more than a year before I purchased them in March of 2023! Fortunately, we live an hour away from the US/Canada border, so we will be doing our own importing from now on. 😊👍 Do not waste your money on this sad product.

These used to be in grocery stores but Covid changed that. They come from Canada. There isn’t anything similar that holds a candle to these and I’m so glad I found them on Amazon. Crisp, the perfect crunch and taste. Perfect with cheese, peanut butter, or just butter. Anything goes with these.

I have used this product for years and unfortunately it is no longer available in the US. Though many other customers have warned about the likelihood of a damaged product, I decided to take a chance and order it from Canada since I love this cracker and eat them every day. The warnings were accurate, and several crackers (20%) were smashed into crumbs, though most were OK. The problem is vexing since the solution is simple. The carton of crackers was shipped in an oversized Amazon box that allowed for the cracker box to shift back and forth and be crushed on at least one end! Why not add a buffer (stuffing) to prevent the shifting of the box!? How can the manufacturer ignore this glaring packaging deficiency?

We've been huge fans of Red Oval Stoned Wheat Thins for more than 30 years. Since Covid, they haven't been available in local stores, or online. I was happy to find these, they are the original version (I think) imported from Canada. Mine arrived in great condition (I was worried about this) and were exactly what I've been looking for the past couple of years. Fresh, crisp and unbroken. Shame on Nabisco for discontinuing these in the US.. might be the best overall cracker in existence.. the generics are not the same

Love stone wheat crackers but box came dented and even though seal of the package was not compromised, the crackers were stale. I will not buy them again.

I have loved these crackers for 50 years. They are becoming harder to find locally so I took a chance with amazon.com. They are still tasty but were mostly smashed by the time they arrived. Hopefully this is a shipping/packing issue, thus fixable.
