I used to fart around spraying dandelions individually with verdun weed killer which was ok, but if you overdid it the grass got ill !I used this stuff last year and again this year and the results have been excellent. The lawn had got to a point where I was wondering if we just needed to fork out to have it re turfed.This has taken all the hassle out of killing the weeds, they just don't seem to appear in the first place. I took a little time too to rake out the old dead thatch at ground level, I didn't have a scarifier, |I just left the leaf rake out and kept doing a bit when I could be bothered through the summer. This and the evergreen Complete have transformed the lawn.. The grass really took on a rich colour and really thickened up, I've been at this house 15 years and the front and back garden have never looked so good. The only downside, if your're a reluctant gardener like me ( but like things looking nice) is that this stuff make the lawn grow like bug*ery... you mow it, put the mower away, come out of the shed and swear blind it's grown in the 10 minutes you've had your back turned ! Excellent product, highly recommended.

I'm very happy that i purchased this, i've recommended it to many people.The best result is to use a spreader though mine broke and i used an old bottle spreader instead which had the same effect though i probably used more than i needed to.The results were fantastic and my grass grew thick and lush, it got rid of the weeds and help the grass grow back where there were any bald patches. You need to keep on top of the mowing however! I used this twice before winter, once in June and once again in September and i am super happy with how my grass looks. I will definitely purchase this again.

I should begin by saying I did a little research on this product before I purchased it. Two valuable things to know are 1) you must spread this treatment sparingly, and 2) it must be spread before rain is forecast. I had several large trees in my rear garden and two old, rotting sheds. After months of tree-surgery and several skips filled with debris, I started preparing the ground for a lawn. This involved bringing in topsoil, but I discovered in places I hadn’t used topsoil, my new lawn was struggling. And it was yellow, not due to heat or lack of water, ( it was watered every day in the summer ), because of lack of nutrients, mainly nitrogen. Weeds had appeared, too. And so, I bought this 4-in-1 treatment. When I was expecting rain I spread this product carefully and sparingly. 4 weeks later, as you can see in the pictures my lawn is doing well. In fact it has been growing at a fast rate. I can’t comment on this product’s effect on moss, and it left a few weeds alive, but as a fertiliser it was brilliant. My only other piece of advice is to wear gloves and eye protection when applying.

I applied this product using an Evergreen Easy Spreader set to 4.5. After 1 to 2 days it had killed most of the moss (nice black patches showing at the base of the grass), but the likes of dandelion / ground elder seem to take as much as week before looking limp. It does appear to be affecting clover too. The grass itself is growing strong and with deep colour, and the patches I had seem partially filled in now.Things I tend to observe when using this product:- Close off the spreader when filling from empty or excessive product falls through and burns the grass.- If possible, time the treatment before rain (results seem better when rained in and aids distribution).- Don't apply too much. 4 - 4.5 feed rate worked well, even though at times it appears nothing is being delivered to the ground.I have used the standard strength Complete for years but I would say the results with this extra strength product are an improvement, and I am using less per square metre.Buying from Amazon is a no brainer. Great price and delivery service.

Following the intense heat of summer my 250 square metres of lawn looked pathetic.However, I applied this treatment in late September `22 following a few days of rain; the results were astonishing!Obviously the rainfall was a major factor in transforming the wilderness, but I have to recognise that this product did exactly what it claimed.Every visitor to my garden since have immediately commented `Nice lawn, what have you used?`So impressed I have ordered another supply through Amazon for application in Spring `23.

As described - grass grows a lot quicker and greener

I'm familiar with the product having used it for a couple of years. Using it for a second year reflects my satisfaction with what is a very good product. Didn't give it five stars on account of delivery problem. A cardboard box turned up on first day - delivery driver placed box in garage and departed. On checking package an hour later found only one pack (I'd ordered two). Finally managed to get in touch with supplier and second pack turned up two days later. Not a big issue but the time taken to go through a long winded process to contact supplier left me seething! All's right now and look forward= to a good lawn this year.
