Black worked great, but the color was not recognized by the printer. Unfortunately I needed the black first and did not need to replace the color until today, two days after the return period ended. Would not recommend and if you do, make sure you try it during the first 30 days...Update: I was recently contacted by the company and they are sending a replacement color cartridge. I will update the full review once received. -- updated product received and works as hoped. A few months delayed, but I appreciate the company reaching out and rectifying the situation.

June 2017: I have changed my review from 1 star to 5 because MX OneStop took the time and effort to resolve the issue I had with my order. The cartridges that I ordered in February would not print or show the ink levels in my settings. They have since sent out at no further cost to me, an updated set of cartridges and they were immediately recognized and the ink levels were also visible. I admire a company that will actually try to resolve any issues with their products and be customer conscious of the reviews. I was VERY hesitant to buy ink online but since my Favorite Local ink store dried up (Pun Intended ) I decided to give buying online a shot. As soon as my Ink got here I installed them, which was super easy. My printer even recognized it which it did not do with my Previous inks that weren't actual HP brands. I thought these inks by HP MX One Stop OEM were a great value, the shipping was quick & I have printed out about 50 pages of documents & the ink is holding up very nicely. So far so good, and if everything continues to work well one of the best buys ever! A little disappointed HP printer can't tell the ink level but no big deal.Update: One of the black ink cartridges didn't work, One Stop sent another as soon as I emailed them, I mean literally. I emailed on a Saturday, got an email back on Sunday they sent the new cartridge on Monday without sending the faulty one. Customer service is off the charts awesome with this company! I will absolutely buy all my ink from them in the future.

My husband ordered 2 of these and the boxes did NOT have 2 black and 1 color as shown. They both came with one black and one color so we were shorted 2 XL black cartridges in total. Very disappointed and haven't heard anything from seller. Probably wouldn't order again!Well, got an immediate reply after this post and they are taking care of it. Appreciate a business that has that kind of outlook. So this goes from a 1 star to a 5!

First run on installing I got an error saying these were counterfeit and I was very upset. I powered down and back on... no errors and works like a charm. Heck yeah I'll pay half the price for ink all day long. Quality is amazing as well. Thank you

Great product but my HP printer wouldn't work well with off brand ink. Great customer service.

Very disappointed. Bought two sets. Opened the first package. The first black cartridge would not be accepted by the printer. Second cartridge was accepted fine. However, 6 pages printed later, my printer gave me an error message that the color cartridge was out of ink. To top it off only half of the pages printed were quality prints. I go and open up the second package. Insert the color cartridge and it tells me that the cartridge is used and running out of ink. I continued to use it and see my results. Again. 6 pages later only 1/2 the prints were of quality. I'm attaching 2 photos of the last 6 pages I printed... I hope I did not ruin my printer by installing these cartridges.
