Good value for money.
I bought these to replace a USB plug on a flight controller which got run over by an office chair. Easy to use as long as you have a fine soldering iron, solder etc and experience soldering. I can't fault the value for money, however the quality is not the best (slight gaps where the two halves push together and it feels a bit light weight in comparison with original fitted ones) and i had to enlarge the entrance for the cable as my flight controller has a large diameter cable. Thinner cables on other devices would have fitted fine. Basically it does exactly what it was supposed to and performs adequately so at the end of the day I am happy considering the price and the new lease of life it has given my controller

Good value, easy to solder and assemble.
Given 3 stars as while they are simple to use the casing does not lock together. I have had to glue and clamp the casings. I was only using a small diameter 2 core cable and while the cable is gripped nicely within the moulding, the case gap let's it down. Good value though and I will continue to use them.

Really good value, but lack any strain relief and don't hold together that well
These are easy to wire up if you have a temperature controlled iron and with the right cable, do look like they are not even rewireable ones. You only will notice that when you find that the part that looks like strain relief is totally solid. Don't use weak cable with this or it will break easily. I would suggest squeezing some hot melt glue inside to hold it together and maybe add some heat-shrink over where the cable comes out to act as strain relief to make them last longer.I've used these on many of my 5v chargers for old devices that used to have heavy 13a > 5v transformer brick or plug when they can now easily all power off USB.
