Good safety latch, takes some time to install properly
These work nicely once properly installed. They should include alignment measurements - there is very little room for error vertically and depth-wise to get the latch to engage. Both pieces of this device are magnetic. I assumed just the key was magnetic and that it pulled on a metal piece in the lock to disengage. WRONG - the lock piece is also magnetic - if installed too closely to a hardware screw (e.g. for a cabinet knob), it will stay in the unlocked position and not latch. Or it MAY latch depending on how hard you close the door. There should be a minimum distance away from metal hardware - again, should be shown in instructions. This was EXTREMELY frustrating, as I thought some of the locks were defective. Finally, depending on the cabinet setup, the piece that holds the latch can be visible while the cabinet is closed - the piece needs to be moved OUT far enough for the latch to catch. This is annoying since a major factor in selecting these was the fact that they were hidden.

Work once you get them in place, not very friendly to install
I had initially purchased a different set of magnetic locks, and decided to try these because they included the foam corners (which we needed anyway). Compared to the others I had, I found these locks much more difficult to install and align. There is no alignment guide and it took a lot of trial an error (and wasted sticky pads) to get the lock lined up correctly with the latch. They are not very forgiving if it's not lined up completely. As a tip, the latch will likely need to go at an angle to match the angle of a swinging door. The latches in the package I received do match the second picture, which is nothing like the ones pictured in the video on the original item. They are about three inches long and need to be installed laterally, so for a kitchen cabinet with just the edge of a three-quarter inch face to attach to, I was unable to use these locks at all. I would recommend a different set of locks with a wider lateral latch that is more forgiving and straightforward to install. The ones I ended up using are here: Safety Baby Magnetic Cabinet Locks - No Tools Or Screws Needed (4 Locks + 1 Key)

Good enought product, but excellent customer service!
The locks themselves are okay for the price. Not as strong as some of the more expensive brands, but that is to be expected. As one can see from the product's picture, the latch isn't very big. Otherwise they do the job well and are worth the cost. The only real issue I have is with the design of the keys. They are a round cap attached to the bottom piece that flies apart as soon as it hits a hard surface, such as dropping the key from cabinet height on a hard floor. I lost a magnet under my fridge because of this. The other brand's product I used like this didn't have this issue, but once again a more expensive product. They would be only four stars, but the fifth comes from the customer service. I had an issue with a couple of the locks and I quickly got responded to by the company and was sent replacements. All I did was respond to their email request to give feedback of the product.Very excellent service! Thanks, sorry it took me so long to write the review!

Discreet and strong
I really like these locks. They stay hidden behind the doors and you just need the key to open the door. The magnets on the keys are extremely strong so don't make the mistake we did of putting them close together; they will attract and repel each other hard to the point of breaking their casing open.I only give it 4 stars because of the latches; sometimes, they need to be reset before closing back up a door. Make sure to check that the door is locked after you close it again. You wouldn't inadvertently want to close the door, where you keep cleaning supplies, to find out it wasn't really locked after your child got into your Clorox.

LOVE just the unlocking fob breaks apart when it is dropped
These work great for my child. They have been in use for better part of a half of a year and she (and us adults) haven't been able to muscle the door open. The installation was very easy and straight forward. I have shaker cabinets and it is great not looking at safety stuff on the outside. It keeps a smooth clean kitchen cabinet/drawer.The only disappointment is the unlocking fob breaks apart when it falls. The top, bottom, magnet, and small o-ring scatter and it is a race between the adults and the dogs and child who will get all the pieces first.I would definitely recommend for anyone.

Great for Baby-Proofing
They work well to lock cabinets but it takes extra time to open them because you have to get the key first. I like that there's a switch to keep it unlocked if you need to. I'm still getting used to using them and always forget to grab the key, but that's all part of the design. It wasn't too bad to install but doesn't come off easily if you mess up. Make sure you have it aligned where you want to open it so you can do it one-handed if needed. Overall it does the job and I'm pleased with the product. Very cool design!

Doesn't work well on our cabinets
I like the idea of your devices. However, after purchasing a set, I ran into a problem. As you can see from the attached photos, our cabinets are configured in such a way that the doors close against the front of the frame, so it was not possible to apply either mounting method shown on the directions. I managed to stick the catch plate to the frame of the cabinet and it seems to work, but I have doubts about its strength since the catch plate is glued to the edge of the facing which is a slightly rougher surface of wood. I may have to put a couple of screws into the catch plate to hold it. It would be nice if you could engineer a different style catch plate for these type of cabinets.
