Great sound, price, good fit. For me, it was 2 out of 3.
The sound is great. I like the sound of the bass. Even with the volume up it’s not too much.I was looking for small earbuds. I have very small ears. I thought I these were small. They are too big for me. They continue to fall out. Great sound, but not for small ears.

Not working properly
I can’t get it to stay connected to phone. It plays music fine but want stay connected to phone.

When it did work it was just okay
Connected to my phone twice and charging box never charged headphones to completion.

Waste of money
They quit charging during the second week of use and I cleaned everything I could think of but the still don’t charge just a big waste of money

Donde reclamo
Dejaron de funcionar sin razon, ahora que quiero devolverlos me doy cuenta que piden la caja y la etiqueta , y eso lo bote que mal
