Great book to read cover to cover
For a 1-month rotation in neuroradiology, this book covers everything there is to know in a concise and precise manner. Highly recommended for a "whole-picture" approach to neuroradiology.

This book is both informative and entertaining. I am an MS4 hoping to match into NSGY and I have found it to be at the right level and presented in a way that certainly helps it be more memorable.

Intended for a first neuroradiology rotation, but misses the mark somewhat.
The preface says that this book is intended to be read in a month. It's extremely unlikely that you'll actually be able to do that, unless the whole month is dedicated to studying without any rotation responsibilities, and you have a 95th percentile work ethic. It also assumes that you already know MR physics, and skips teaching it entirely. It also has a very strange sense of humor in some chapters, which in my opinion acts more as a distraction than as a teaching tool (in comparison to the "XXX Made Ridiculously Simple" series from med school). If you can overlook these problems, it nonetheless provides a good overview of different diagnoses and appearances, and good approaches to reading a number of different types of studies.
