be perpared
So i ordered this to hopefully past a few hours and it certainly did that, and more, but maybe i should have been more prepared and read the reviews firstEquipment wise due to the size, you will need a full range of building and metal working tools including welders and a crane to help put this together as it seems quite specialist in its constructiononce you have your building plot prepared to take the new family homeSet aside about 2 to 3 months for build time and ensure you have a healthy contingency fund for any issues along the way, being prefabricated makes erecting the house fairly straight forward but some of the finer details do require a bit more specialist labour to ensure it all meets build regsonce build to a standard to meet build regulations it will be the envy of the street with its character and charm of an old english county property

Fiddly but looks great
Done quite a few of these, so I'll say comfortably that it's quite challenging. I've done the Hogwarts Express and if say thia one is more challenging because it's not 90 degree angles (because it's The Barrow and that's what it's like) and you have to be careful of some long thin bits. All in all, it's a particularly fiddly one but well worth it as it looks great.
P**.
Great fun . Hours of patience to build.
If your used to this type of building models this is a great addition to the collection. Fun and easy to assemble nice quality. Same packaging as all the others.

Tiny burrow
Much smaller than I realised & tools for tiny pieces needed..as such I have not been fable to put it together
K**!
Too small and difficult to assemble.
Quite expensive for the size. Instructions not very clear for assembling. Lovely detail but too small.
