I had never heard of this supplement before (which is strange for me), but I gave it a try. It seems to be helpful at promoting relaxation and easing some anxiety. I feel that subtle effect. When taking it before bed, it seems to help me relax (I also use melatonin and magnesium). It also may have some other health benefits too.Liftmode is an awesome brand and one of the most trustworthy out there. I always trust what I get from them. So, if you are looking for a quality baicalin supplement, this is the way to go!

I've added this to my magnesium supplementation. It increases the calming effect and helps me relax. Not pronounced, but gentle.

I have used skullcap in many different forms and they all seem to work a bit differently for me. This helps to take the edge off anxiety in a very mellow fashion and when I take it later in the afternoon, it does seem to help me sleep as I feel much more calm and can release the day.This is also an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant in a natural supplement to help with pain and with building immunity. So far, it's working nicely for me and I prefer the capsules. I will purchase again.

I am so relieved that many supplement manufacturers are discontinuing the use of additives and fillers in capsules! Some are needed for tablets, but not capsules. This is a potent and pure product with a proven history in Chinese Traditional Medicine. I find that I do not need the maximum dosage, and sometimes prefer to take one at night, or else in the morning. It produces calm, not drowsiness. Excellent product and value!

Arrived nicely packaged. The taste is not bad at all. This is supposed to work as a relaxer. I do feel more relaxed after taking these pills. A more calm relaxed day is very important for me. It brings a nice amount of pills and can be taken at any time of the day. For me they work just fine.
