Fate: Return to Avalon: Takashi Takeuchi Art Works (Fate Artbook)

Beautiful artworks, excellent addition to the collection.

The product came as expected. The edges of the book were very mildly pressed due to the shipping process, but that's to be expected. Everything else was perfect. I was extremely paranoid ordering this book and contacted the seller a few times. Their responses were prompt and extremely helpful.

This book contains many of the older pieces by Takeuchi, along with some new material made for this title. The printed material is of the highest quality and a very solid artbook overall. There isn't much info in it, except for some notes by the end. You also won't find any concept art or designer's notes, only the finished pieces.

The book went through many delays for the english copy to finally be released. I had seen online that there was minimal text, so having a Japanese copy wouldn't affect your enjoyment. I had waited a long while for the english one though and wanted to stick with it (but once had to postpone my pre-order from one of the previously listed release dates due to finances but not lack of interest), so I made sure that when I was able to have money available that I would still keep this pre-order active. It finally released and was delivered about a week after, so shipping was fairly quick. The quality of the book is really nice and the images are gorgeous. I'm happy to have it. :)

Hoge kwaliteit papier, mooie Takeuchi tekeningen en een stevig boek. Mooi om zo nu en dan doorheen te bladeren of om open neer te leggen
