Great Value and Quality
This is the first flat lap replacement I have purchased here. I was surprised to see this was a metal plate and not adhesive backed. This worked perfectly on top of my aluminum lap plate or can be used alone. A great savings over OEM replacements. I am buying several more this week!

Not as advertised
Disk is warped and not balanced.

Poor durability
The first disk was almost worn out after an discontinuous hour's use on a flat lap running at 1720 rpm with water. I was grinding cherts and orthoquartzites. I'll know better next time.

Wore out in 3 uses.
Only used 3 times less than 15 minutes each. On the left is how it worked when new. On the right is the terrible scratches is leaving with the same disc now. Can’t use it any longer.
