Sterling Games Wooden Chair Set for Chess Table

The setup instructions were hard to follow, pieces did not match the instructions. Figured it out, kids love the entire set, play chess all the time now.

One of the chair pieces came in broken and since I missed the return window I am stuck with only one chair.

I plan on buying soon. Does the table have to be built? If so does it come with instructions? Does the chairs come with? Fyi the pieces are set up wrong. Rh1 should be placed on a light square, and Ra8 should be placed a light a square.
