Video quality is VERY low, and there's no way to adjust the color or video quality other than a single popup box that gives you very limited options. This was an upgrade from an old logitech, but the frame rate on this is so bad I'm not sure why it had any good write-ups. It didn't even arrive in a box! Amazon sent it along with other products I ordered, but this camera was in a zipper bag and missing the install dvd. When I went to their website to download the drivers (since the install dvd was not in the package), the entire website was in Chinese... when you hit the translate button on the site it takes you to an English website - but this product is nowhere to be found on the English version of their website.

I love the product but the instruction paper sheet I found the lettering to be way to small to read and most of it is written in Chinese which I am unable to understand . However I was able to navigate my way through and the camera is excellent. So it was a very good experience overall.
