Sabatino Tartufi Truffle & Salt, 3.4 Ounce (Pack of 2)

This is an excellent food treat that really sparks up the flavor of food. It's not intensely truffley but I am using it as a finishing salt on food that is already seasoned so I haven't had a chance to try it on something bland like plain eggs where I could really savor the flavors.Certainly an inexpensive low calorie way to zing up your food.

We’re hooked on this truffle salt, on eggs, quesadillas, chips and popcorn, and have started using it in most of our fancy recipes. You can tell it’s good stuff when you open the package and the whole room smells like truffles for half an hour.

I should have bought a single jar instead of a 2-pack. A little of this truffle salt goes a long way. It's not good on everything you would normally use table salt on, but it is awesome on things like steak, pork, chicken and salads.
