Excellent Product and Incredible Customer Service!
This tent is better than we could've hoped for! We bought it for our first trip down the shore with our 13 month old after reading all of the positive reviews on Amazon. To be honest, I've always been skeptical of beach tents and umbrellas after watching so many of them collapse or go flying down the beach in moderate wind, but we wanted something to keep our son protected from the sun when he wasn't in the water.I practiced setting up and taking down the tent in our living room the day before we left for our trip just so we wouldn't look like fools out on the beach. Set up was a piece of cake the very first time. Taking the tent down was a bit of a struggle for me at first just because I wasn't sure whether I should push the lower hub poles straight down or at an angle and I was scared to put too much pressure in case I broke something. I decided to watch the video online and in no time at all I was a pro at taking the tent down, too. (One piece of advice: The flagged lower hub poles were a bit sticky for me at first, so I wound up pushing down on the two rear lower hub poles instead and the tent came down much easier. After doing that a couple times, the flagged poles were much easier to use because they must have loosened up. Since then, I've used both the flagged poles and the rear poled to take down the tent and have had no problems at all.)We happened to be down the shore on some fairly windy days and while we did see a couple tents collapsing in on themselves and multiple beach umbrella users holding onto their umbrellas whenever a strong wind blew, we had absolutely no problems with our tent staying up and in place. We used both the sand bags and three of the four stakes (more on that later) just to be safe, but I'm not even sure we really needed the stakes. The tent provided great shade for our son (as well as my husband and me) and it never got too hot inside due to the screened sections. In addition, the pockets in the back of the tent were perfect for holding various personal items that we wanted easy access to without being on the floor of the tent. Taking down and packing up the tent in the wind proved not to be a problem at all (I did it completely on my own just as I set the tent up all on my own) and once packed up it was incredibly light and easy to carry back to our hotel. I HIGHLY recommend this tent! With regards to customer service, I couldn't be more impressed. When I was practicing setting up and taking down the tent the day before our trip, I realized that we were only provided with three stakes instead of four. I called Pacific Breeze's customer service number and left a message expecting to hear back from them the following day since I was calling on a Sunday. To my surprise, about ten minutes later I received a call back! The gentleman I spoke to was very nice, apologized for the mistake, and even offered to ship a new set of stakes directly to the hotel where we were staying during our trip since we were leaving the next day! Talk about amazing customer service! Because I was concerned that there could be confusion if we had the stakes shipped to the hotel and since we had three of them anyway, we just had them shipped to our house and the package was waiting for us by the time we returned home from our trip.Overall, this tent is an excellent product that's easy to use and seems very well made, and Pacific Breeze is a company that I would buy from again in a heartbeat!

Amazing for the beach! Easy to setup
This is such good quality! The mechanism that is used to setup the tent cover is soo easy to setup and take down. It reminds me of the pop up Coleman tents.Seriously great for the beach, you can close the windows if you want more privacy or open for more breeze. Also the bag it comes in is big enough to put it back after each use, you don’t have to try and cram it in

Stop reading reviews and just buy this tent!
This is the third beach tent that I’ve purchased and the only one that has made it through multiple trips to the beach. It’s SO easy to fold. And actually fits back into the bag once you fold it up. You don’t need an engineering degree to set it up or fold it and one person can easily fold it up while still on the beach. Bonus: It’s super light to carry, comparable to a camping chair. This is the tent that you want. We’re not idiots...but we’ve destroyed two previous pop-up style beach tents on their first trip. The first was a baby one and we couldn’t get it folded at all (yes, we watched the video before going to the beach. There was no cell signal at the beach to watch it again). Someone in the course of wrestling that tent into submission, we bent a critical component and it was forever ruined. Second tent was similar - super easy to set up, but we folded it wrong and it wouldn’t pop up properly again. Yet despite these previous tent-related failures, we were determined to find one that worked, as we are pale people with even paler children, one of whom is still small enough to take magical beach naps under the right conditions.I read a gazillion tent reviews, watched videos, and cautiously purchased this one. Did I learn from previous mistakes and practice at home before taking it to the beach? Of course not, because I’m busy and didn’t get around to it. Also, if I’m being honest, I couldn’t face the potential failure of opening the tent in my backyard and not being able to fold it up right, thus ruining a third beach tent without even taking it to the beach. If we were going to break a third tent, we were at least going to get a few hours of beach shade out of it. So off we went to the beach with our third beach tent, having only watched a video on how our tent worked and towing our two small children who will inevitably claim one parent’s full attention, leaving the other to break the tent solo. Even with this poorly conceived plan, it took me about one minute to set the tent up on my own. It was larger than our previous tents, good sun protection, toddler napped in it, it checked all the boxes...and then came the moment of truth when we had to fold it up, again with no cell signal, so no option to pull up the video if we ran into problems. I skeptically looked at the tent, vaguely remembering the people in the video pulling something and then folding. To my surprise, I quickly located two tabs that said “pull,” which collapsed the tent and then all you have to do is fold the poles in half, roll it, and put it back into the bag. Did I mention that it actually fits in the bag? None of these things ever fit back into the bag. It’s awesome. Our tent has now made it through two beach trips (a week each, being set up and taken down at least once a day), used during soccer games, and has been pandemic backyard staple for our kids. It’s held up great. As far as its size goes, it is decent sized. Anyone who tells you that this tent will fit several adults sitting in chairs or a family with three teenagers is lying. Or they are very small people. Realistically, two adults and two small children can sit comfortably in this tent (without chairs). You could probably squeeze a third kid in if they’re all under the age of 7 or 8. When you put chairs in the tent, you really can’t fit more than two people. It’s still a great tent, but if you have older kids or more than two adults that might all want shade at the same time, I would get more than one.

Great Beach Tent
It is easy to put up and take down. It’s also light to carry. I used it on a very windy day with no problems. It also provides good shade.
