The most complete and affordable travel gongfu set I've come across
I love this set. I keep it at the office with me for when I need to take a break in my day and brew gongfu, or to share tea with a friend or colleague. This is by far the most complete and affordable gongfu set I've come across. It has EVERYTHING you need to begin brewing gongfu, and even has room in the case for a tea pet if you do a bit of rearranging. The set comes with a teapot, 4 cups, a fairness cup, a strainer, a tongs, tea tray, tea towel, and even a vessel to hold your dry tea. There is nothing missing. The cups are fairly thin and delicate for a travel set. Not so thin that they're going to get damaged traveling, but not thick and bulky like some other travel sets I own. The entire set is white, which is great for being able to appreciate the color of the tea while enjoying it.All in all, I really love this set a lot. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a gongfu tea set, whether for in-home or for travel use.

Compact and Cute
I love the feeling of holding these cups, they don't feel like they will slip out of your hands. This tea set gives you 4oz of tea at a time, and you drink about 1 oz in the little cups. They filter is a nice fine mesh which is perfect for catching most tea leaves. I've spent some time brewing every type of loose leaf tea - white needles, sencha, oolong, black tea, floral tisanes, spiced tea. All catch most leaves through the filter. Anything that actually stays in my cup sink to the bottom and cause no trouble. I did prefer to put the sencha in a filter bag and then into the teapot. It does not come with the tea scoop some others show in their photos, however that's not a big deal. It does come with the tweezers, very useful to get big spent leaves out of the pot. It does come with a cute little tea towel I have yet to use.The size of the product is perfect. It is the size of a child's school lunch box. I expect to travel with it, but for now I use the pot, the sharing pitcher, the filter, and one cup. These all fit on the included tea tray, which is tiny enough to sit on a corner of my desk on a towel. The spouts on both the pot and the sharing pitcher are prone to spilling off to the side while pouring. This is why I use a towel. It's not a big deal to me, because I probably would be clumsy anyway. But just to let you know, it's a bit hard to pour well.I'm happy with this product. It is very good for the price point.

A Perfectly Serviceable Travel Tea Set
A few things:This is a Gong Fu tea set. If you drink tea Western style, the pot at 6 oz and the cups at 1 oz will be too small. (If you drink Gong Fu it might actually, at 180 ml. be a bit too big.)Second, this is a utilitarian travel set. Not fancy, not for display or your best set at home. It is not made of even poor quality “yixing” or chaozhou clay. Just cheap, sturdy ceramic. The quality of the molding is not great and may have small imperfections or bubbles. It will stain. The manufacturer didn’t even want to put its mark or chop on the bottom of the pot or chai ha.But, hey, this is a travel tea set, I wouldn't expect or want fine easily breakable porcelain or even cheap Yixing or Chaozhou. And being for travel I'll probably brew different teas at different places and times of the year, so basic sturdy washable white ceramic is better than clay and sturdier than porcelain. (Though the case is well enough padded that you could probably put your own favorite - well wrapped- Yixing pot inside if you really wanted to take it with you.) I wish they sold one like this with a gaiwan, but this set does exactly what it’s supposed to: give you the things you need to brew your tea gong fu style while traveling. At a cost you won’t have to worry too much about. If the pot or chai ha breaks: get a new one. I like that the tray is deep enough to catch some of the spillage inevitable with my inattentive morning gong fu tea brewing. The not very absorbent towel is a nice touch. A basic bamboo tea measure and leaf remover can easily fit in the netting inside the zippered top cover. There's even room in the case for my traveling frog tea pet. Just what I need for tea on the road. Now all I need is a tiny travel electric kettle.

Great tea set, well packaged.
I think the tea set should be a little larger to retain more volume in each item. The cups and other items have a quality feel to them, package well in travel case, sturdy, and nice looking when setup.
