I would give this a 10 plus if I could. I have tried other so-called Salve for back pain and they did not work. I even had prescription pain Care gel that was supposed to work real good. But it didn't this Dones. Pain relieving gel is a dream come true. I was very skeptical on how well it worked. So I gave it a test over a 24-hour period. I do not have to use much of this, cheaper than the rest of my medication for pain cream, and you can tell a big difference. I absolutely love it and will not buy anything else. Walmart does sell it and I usually buy it there or if need be I do buy it from Amazon. I will not use anything else. I have been using this stuff for the past month and can go 24 hours without applying anymore. I am so glad to be pain free. It does take a multi application over a day or two as directions say only. I highly recommend it. Try it and give it a chance. It is not expensive at all but one bottle should last 2 to 4 weeks as you do not put much of the stuff on. And I will continue using this stuff my for arthritis. Won't use anything else and I do not use any oral pain medication, but you can. Please try this you will be very happy with the results. I have used this product for 6 months and have given it to friends that were in pain. It works for me and it worked for them. We all love it and continue to buy it. It is fast acting and work on any part of your body where there is pain.

My husband uses this all the time. I cannot find it anymore which is too bad. I haven't tried the pills and I 'm not going to. We really like the cream and want it back on the market.
