It's a dream dragging through green onions
This knife effortlessly disects anything you run it through, minimal pressure and zero sawing required. Simply angle the blade down into the board and pull straight through tomatoes, onions, everything. No need to even chop. Beautiful knife. Looking forward to getting more as upgrades continue.

Really decent knife Holds it's edge well

Wicked sharp but watch your thumb
This knife is wicked sharp out of the box and holds its edge well. Watch how you hold it though. I was more used to western style knives and holding the knife with my thumb and forefinger on the very back of the blade I just accidentally touched the bottom of the blade with my thumb and it cut right in. The knife is so sharp that just a very light touch was all that it took. Needless to say I have adjusted how I hold the knife. Good product for the price although I don't know if the cladding on the blade actually adds to the knife significantly or if it is just cosmetic.
