I bought this product from Costco and really love it. Then I purchased couple times from Amazon and they seem to have the same quality. The last shipment however is arrived warm bottles, biome-balls mixed up and I am not sure about it’s quality consistency any more.This shipment was not packaged in a shipping box or bag. It was shipped with the product’s own box. The weather has been hot and the package felt really warm when I received it. The biome-ball in all the bottles are separated and not merged back even after a few hours of sitting in the frig. I am attaching the photos of the packaging, the comparison of this shipment product and the one I have at home. On the package it states that this product should stay in a cool place because it contains live microbial organism. Usually after shake and use and let it sit for a few minutes, those biome-ball would merge back .I can’t tell if the quality of this shipment is damaged. Hence I haven’t decided to return it. I will give it a few days to see if the balls will merge.

This product makes my skin feel soft and the ampules last for several applications. I have not been using it long enough to see any results yet, but I feel that will come in time. I am happy with my purchase.

You shake to combine the two and the serum turns a pinkish hue, snap the fine-tip top on and it's ready to use like any other serum. It has a watery texture with a slight bit of oil. Absorbs quickly and fully. The serum is very effective at hydrating skin and helping to protect and repair skin's natural moisture barrier, increasing suppleness and elasticity over time. It includes niacinamide, skin-firming peptides, a host of antioxidants and ferment filtrates to balance skin's natural biome (good bacteria that support and protect skin). The serum is great and highly effective, but the current price of $59.99 is high. I've seen it offered for around $36. MadecaDerma Skin-Derived Microbiome AmpouleThis skin treatment immediately plumped up my skin and made it feels so soft. It is easy to use - just screw on the dispensing top to the ampoule and shake for a few moments, then apply to clean skin. after using a toner. Be sure to apply any serums after and then follow up with a good occlusive cream to lock everything in. You only need to use this once a week but should follow the schedule of once-weekly until you use them all. There are five ampoules per package. I got the same results that I normally see from a really expensive facial. I have now done two treatments and my skin looks a lot better.I have super dry, sensitive skin and this added much-needed moisture while calming down the redness. I know that cleansing your skin removes the natural bacteria that protects your skin and this helps to restore it. I really love this and even though there is a tiny amount of fragrance at the end of the ingredient list, I really couldn't detect any scent. I used this product until it was gone.Seems it is one that actually produces notable changes.My skin looked tighter and brighter.Helped the bags under my eyes not be so prominent.Was gentle on my sensitive skin and I had no issues with it irritating my skin.Absorbs easily and did not leave any greasy or sticky reside behind.
