I had and issue and they where so quick about getting back to me, and getting what I needed in my hand within two days!Garage door opener was easy to install, I removed the speaker to make it easier! The garage door opener works perfectly, no more getting off the bike to open the garage door!

The media could not be loaded.  Product worked great. Replaced the cigarette lighter and was a perfect fit. Clean installation with no wires showing. Module is secured with double tape and Velcro behind the control panel, allowing easy access when the time comes to replace the battery.

the good: range of transmitter is about 20ft longer than the factory Geniethe meh: there is a small delay after pressing the button and when the door begins to open. This is not the case with the factory remote... at first this was annoying, as I would impatiently press again thinking it didn't work, only for the door to open a few inches and stop.... after a week or so, I got used to the second delay and it's not as bad of an annoyance now ;)I have not had it in the rain yet... but it doesnt appear to be waterproof at all... will test this soon.

I installed this garage door opener on the inside wall of a saddle bag...between the saddle bag and the motorcycle. So far, it works exactly like it should.

When I received the opener and followed the very clear instructions, it didn't work. I emailed Kustom Cycle Parts directly and they shipped me a new item and a return postage paid envelope and worked with me to make sure I was happy. I appreciated the old school customer service and them standing behind their product! I will gladly to business with them again!

This thing is great. I ordered the smaller button to keep it hidden away and couldn't be happier.Installed on my Honda VTX's side cover so all I have to do is reach down and press the button and I can back into my garage, I love it!Didn't have a 15/32 drill bit so I used a 3/8th and just bored it out by holding the drill bit diagonally to the hole and it took 45 seconds. If your gonna do that make sure you pay close attention that the hole stays round and doesn't become oval. Also keep dry fitting the switch because the flange button doesn't give much room for error.All in all super happy about this. Wish there was a hardwired option though so I didn't have to worry about battery changes.On the battery note, for $80 I'd expect it to come with a good battery. the 2032 3v button cell was reading 1.8v when I finally thought to check. At first I thought it was broken but eventually realized the battery was just dead. $8 later I was back in business.
