It's a pack of scalpel blades.... not a lot to add.

Good blades
The handle isn't as comfortable to hold as the Swann-Morton as its edges are squared off rather than rounded, but the blades do fit the Swann-Morton handles with out any problems. The profile is a little different (see photo - S-M blade No.15 on left, blades on right are Surgiclass, bottom one is fitted to a S-M handle) but that hasn't been a problem. They also seem to be as sharp as S-M so I don't know what MGM is talking about.

Theses blades are not very sharp….
The blades came quickly but as an experienced practitioner , they are not sharp!
