Bought this dimmer switch for a dorm room headboard project. Needed a LED light dimmer switch that wasn't too deep, which is actually hard to find. Mounted this switch into a shallow 1-gang box that was only 1.25" deep. Space was tight, but the switch fit nicely.The dimmer works very well with the LED lights (2x EcoSmart 40W dimmable bulbs from HD). The only issue I had (which was my own mistake) was that I thought the switch was bad or didn't work well with LED bulbs. Turned out the mistake was my own, I tested the light with the dimmer slider in the down position... which meant the lights were essentially turned off! Rookie mistake on my part, nothing wrong with the dimmer switch! I've used dimmer switches on LED's in the past, and they usually don't work well. This switch dimmed the LED's from full brightness to full off. It can be adjusted for a different dimming level, but we left it in its default position. Very nice!The little light at the top of the paddle switch can be turned on or off. We left it on since it wasn't bright and annoying. Nice feature for a black switch that makes it hard to find in the dark!

Was looking to replace a failing lutron dimmer switch, but didnt require the lutron's "bells and whistles" as use the dimmer to set the ambient light, but not often changing that level. Also, needed black finish, so this worked well as a low cost and so far effective replacement! Easy install, worked well straight out of the box!

This is a very well made switch for a reasonable price! Easy install even has a micro LED in it so you locate it in low light. This would be 30.00 plus at a large home improvement store!

This switch was exactly what I was looking for. Easy to install. The instructions were spot on and it works perfectly.

this dimmer works, and the price was good, but it is pretty flimsy. Just not as solidly built as domestic products.

These switches appear to be very well made. They work very well with LED lighting. I did not have to make any adjustments from the factory settings for the dimming range. The "locator light" could be a little brighter, but it is visible. The instruction sheet was easy to follow and understand.

I bought this to match my backsplash. It arrived on time and is good quality. I have not installed it yet!
